We know how important it is to protect the privacy of our customers, which is why "MPlakaty Michał Zmiana" with its registered office at ul. We store and collect our clients' data in accordance with art. 18 sec. 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  1. Type, purpose and scope of personal data collection
    • 1. Customers' personal data is processed in order to:
      • 1.1. placing orders on the posters.pl website,
      • 1.2. using the contact form available on the posters.pl website.
    • 2. All methods of data processing specified in point 1.2 are in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.
    • 3. The basis for the processing of personal data by us is the consent of our customers, usually given when placing an order. We process data such as:

      • 3.2. e-mail address;
      • 3.3. address;
      • 3.4. delivery address (if different from home address);
      • 3.5. telephone/fax number;
      • 3.6. payment details.
    • 4. We emphasize that MPlakaty is authorized to provide the following data: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number to a third party (employee of the postal operator, courier) in order to deliver the product ordered by the customer.

We enable our clients the right to access their own personal data, modify them and control the processing of this data, for example by submitting a written motivated request to stop processing the client's personal data by MPlakaty, their complete removal and objection to the processing of their data when the data controller intends to process them for marketing purposes or to transfer personal data to another data administrator.
    • 6. However, we point out that if MPlakaty receives information about customers using our online store in a manner inconsistent with the law or the Regulations, we may also process the User's personal data for the purpose and to the extent necessary to determine possible liability.
